Return Policy

At Spell n Things, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Eligibility: You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Personalized or custom products
    • Intimate or sanitary items

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Thougtlesshearts808@gmail.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include this number with your return.

  3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RAN. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
